OMSMPC is not liable for issues arising from payment processors but will assist in dispute resolution where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

OMSMPC may facilitate courier partnerships, but final delivery terms are agreed between buyer and seller.

Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party couriers are beyond our direct control, but we encourage reporting such cases for review.

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the marketplace.

9. Limitation of Liability
OMSMPC provides this platform “as-is.” We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We are not liable for:
